Chiropraktyka to forma opieki zdrowotnej rozwinięta w Stanach Zjednoczonych, która głównie skupia się na diagnozowaniu i leczeniu dolegliwości kręgosłupa.

Głównym zabiegiem jest terapia manualna mająca na celu ustawić kręgosłup i przywrócić normalne wzorce ruchowe. Chiropraktycy stosują również terapię manualną tkanek miękkich, przyssawki kubkowe oraz ćwiczenia rehabilitacyjne, aby osiągnąć najlepsze rezultaty dla każdego pacjenta.

Chiropractic is a form of healthcare developed in the United States that mainly focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal complaints.

The main treatment consists of spinal manipulative therapy in order to align the spine and restore normal movement patterns. Chiropractors also implement soft tissue manual therapy, cupping and rehabilitative exercises to achieve the best results for each patient.

Dr. Gary Tanchak

Dr. Tanchak is an English-Speaking Chiropractor from New Jersey .

He grew up along the coast where he enjoyed surfing and mountain biking. These sports occasionally led to injury, which he would seek Chiropractic care for. It was these experiences that led Dr. Tanchak to seek out a degree in Chiropractic following his studies at Monmouth University.

During his time at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Silicon Valley, he took it upon himself to extend his education outside of the classroom and get certified in Active Release Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Kinesiotaping and Graston Technique. He continues to expand on his skill set at every opportunity, so that he can help his patients get better sooner.

Following graduation from Palmer, he was hired by Apple, Inc. to provide Chiropractic care for its employees at its onsite wellness center in Silicon Valley.
